Heard learned Advocates for the parties. This application is filed for bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent in the first appeal. However, there is delay of 2349 days in filing the application. Though the application is vehemently opposed by the respondents, this Court finds that in the interest of justice, it could be in the interest of justice to condone the delay.

Therefore, the delay is condoned. The application is allowed. The appellant to amend the title clause of the appeal forthwith. The Civil Application stands disposed off.
