Seen the ofce remark. It appears that direction was given to the petitioner to deposit Rs.25,000/- to show his bonafdes. He has not deposited that amount. Further the ofce note shows that another Public Interest Litigation No.2 of 2012 was fled in the past and it was disposed of on 13.04.2012.
