Heard. This application is filed for withdrawal of amount deposited by the acquiring body/appellant. The learned Advocate for the applicants has produced on record copy of the order passed by this Court dated 23.07.2023, whereby this Court had permitted the applicants therein to withdraw 70% of the deposited amount. Considering that, this Court also finds that this application also needs to be allowed. 02.

Therefore, the Civil Application is allowed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw 70% of the deposited amount along with accrued interest, if any.
