The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has passed the final year B.E. examination but the mark-sheet and other documents are not received.

The learned A.G.P. submits that within three

(03) months, the validation proceeding of the petitioner would be decided.

In light of that, we pass the following order.

The scrutiny committee shall decide the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 13.12.2019.

Respondents no. 3 and 4 shall not withhold the mark-sheet of the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. The degree certificate shall not be issued by respondents no. 3 and 4 unless and until the petitioner produces the validity certificate. 6.

Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
