In all these petitions, the Petitioners' apprehension is that the objections raised by them between 01.09.2023 and 03.09.2023 as regards the formalization of the list of surplus teachers, may not have been considered.

We have heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioners for quite some time. There is no material available as on date with the Petitioners to indicate that their objections are not likely to be considered or taken into account while taking a decision on 04.09.2023. Since they have rushed to this Court on 04.09.2023, it is apparent that they do not have accurate information.

A time schedule is declared by the CEO, Zilla Parishad on 29.09.2023. The said time schedule is before us. Further steps are to be taken by the Zilla Parishad in between 05.09.2023 and 11.09.2023. 4.

In view of the above, these Petitioners have rushed to this Court at a premature stage. They are at liberty to approach the appropriate authorities for the redressal of their grievance after the entire stages, as set out in the time schedule dated 29.08.2023, are completed. If the Petitioners approach the Zilla Parishad under the RTI Act to seek certain information, the Zilla Parishad would provide the same as per it'

s Rules.
