The petitioner is appointed on compassionate ground. The proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is pending with the Education Officer (Secondary). The Education Officer (Secondary) shall consider the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner on its own merits. 2.

The Education Officer (Secondary) shall consider that ban on recruitment would not apply to the appointment on compassionate ground.

The proposal shall be decided within a period of four months.
