The learned Counsel submits that the appeal is filed against the order of termination with the School Tribunal, Latur on 16.04.2018. The petitioner is going to retire in May, 2020. The Tribunal be directed to decide the appeal expeditiously. 2.

The Tribunal shall consider the factum of the date of retirement of the petitioner and shall endeavour to decide the said appeal prior to on or before the end of April, 2020, of course after hearing all the parties concerned on its own merits. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
