The Petitioner desires that this Court should issue a Writ of Mandamus to a Private Education Trust / School to carry out the pay fixation of the Petitioner.

We permit the Petitioner to raise this issue with the concerned Education Officer who shall look into the matter and initiate appropriate steps to redress the grievance of the Petitioner, if his claim is supported by any legal provision.
