Order :-

1. Learned counsel for applicant refers to reasons given under which delay has been caused in paragraph No. 3 of the civil application. Despite service of notice, there appears to be no resistance to the civil application and the contents go on unconverted. In view of the same, I deem it appropriate to allow this application in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C".

Accordingly, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C" and stands disposed of.
