It is the contention of the learned counsel for the applicant that the Registry is refusing the pay compensation to the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner.

The concerned applicants/ legal representatives are permitted to produce heirship certificate before Registrar (Judicial). On verifying the same, Registrar (Judicial) shall pay the compensation to the legal representatives payable to the concerned deceased petitioner as per order of this Court.
