SEPTEMBER 12 2025 ORDER :- Feeling aggrieved by the judgment and award dated 22.11.2012, passed by learned 4th Joint C.J.S.D., Osmanabad in LAR No. 78/2007, the acquiring body has filed present First Appeal. 2.

It is submitted for the applicant that the original claimant - Gautam Shrimant Dongare has died on 02.03.2020. On receipt of notice in the Civil Application filed by the acquiring body for condonation of delay, they came to know about the present proceedings and hence, they have filed present application to bring themselves on record of the First Appeal in the capacity as legal representatives of deceased - Gautam. The applicants would submit

26-sr941 that they were not aware about the process to get them incorporated in the present proceedings. Hence, they pray to get themselves incorporated in the appeal in place of deceased - Gautam in the capacity of his L.Rs.

Mr.Arora, learned counsel for the acquiring body, in all fairness, gives no objection to allow the present application. 4.

The application is allowed. Delay in bringing the legal representatives of deceased - Gautam stands condoned. The appellant to amend the title clause of the appeal and the applications therein filed by the acquiring body, by incorporating the names of the present applicants as legal representatives of deceased - Gautam, within four weeks.
