The parties to this Second Appeal are very much before this Court. Their respective Advocates are also present. The matter is said to have been compromised between the parties. The memo of compromise has been placed on record and marked "X" for identification.

The Court of learned Civil Judge Senior Division has annulled the marriage by decree of nullity, but the same has been reversed by the first Appellate Court. Therefore, the present Second Appeal has been preferred.

Now, the parties have come to the terms, one of which is to have the decree passed by the learned Civil Judge Senior Division to prevail.

In view of the same, the judgment and decree passed by the first Appellate Court is hereby set aside and the one that has been passed by the learned Civil Judge Senior Division in H.M.P. No.31/2006 stands restored.

The Second Appeal is accordingly disposed of. 6.

In view of disposal of the Second Appeal, civil application No.12643 of 2014 does not survive. The same is disposed of.
