There is also delay of 474 days in filing this application. Learned Counsel for applicant undertakes to remove all the office objections within two weeks. 3.

911 CA 11617-2023 order dated 27.04.2022 stands recalled and the Second Appeal alongwith the Civil Application mentioned in this application be restored for removal of office objections within two weeks subject to deposit of cost of Rs.1,000/- (rupees One Thousand only) to be paid to the Registry of this Court for utilization of High Court Dispensary, Bench at Aurangabad. 4.
