Perused the record and proceeding. The present C.A. is filed for bringing the legal heirs on record inter alia contending that the respondent no.2 Baliram Shamrao Patil died on 13th July 2015 leaving behind him L.Rs. 2-A to 2-H as contended in para-3 of the present application. Copy of death certificate filed on record shows that Baliram Shamrao Patil died on 13th July 2015. The present C.A. is filed on 5th October 2015. There is no contest to this application. The application is filed within time. Therefore, I find no difficulty to allow this CA by passing following order.

C.A. is hereby allowed.

The legal heirs of deceased respondent no.2 Baliram Shamrao Patil are permitted to bring on record by making necessary amendment. Amendment shall be carried out within the period of limitation. Accordingly C.A. stands disposed of.
