PER COURT :

1) Heard. Delay of 234 days in one matter and delay of 197 days in rest of the matters has been caused in filing the present appeals by the acquiring body.

2) On perusal of the applications, it appears that the delay has been sufficiently explained. Learned Counsel appearing for the claimant/respondent has also not seriously disputed for condoning the delay. In the circumstances the applications for condonation of delay are allowed and disposed of. The appeals be registered in accordance with law.

3) After registration of the appeals, issue notice to respondent. Learned Counsel waives service for respondent.

4) Heard the learned Counsel for the parties on CA for stay.

5) Execution of the impugned Award shall stand stayed on condition that the appellant/applicant deposits the entire amount under the Award with the interest accrued thereon in this Court within a period of six weeks from the date of this order.
