Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the representation made by the petitioner on 28.03.2025 was processed and report was given on 07.04.2025 by the Gramsevak, Grampanchayat, Varulwadi, District Ahilyanagar and the matter is still pending before respondent No. 3 for decision, which pertains to the appointment of respondent No. 6. If the same is decided within a stipulated period, the purpose of the petitioner would be served.

Learned advocate for respondents No.3 to 5, upon taking instructions, makes a statement that the said representation/inquiry would be completed within a period of one month from today. 4.
