The petitioner is aggrieved by the rejection of his application for grant of stay by the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad in Revision Petition No. 280 of 2022 during pendency of the proceedings.

In my opinion, this petition can conveniently be disposed of without issuing notice to respondent Nos. 5 and 6 by directing the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Aurangabad to decide the Revision Petition No. 280 of 2022 within a period of 3 months from today. The petitioner to appear before the Additional Divisional Commissioner on 17.10.2022 and bring this order to his notice. 3.

During pendency of the Revision Petition No. 280 of 2022

962wp10668.22 the order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer, Kallamb on 28.07.2021 shall remain suspended.
