BENCH AT AURANGABAD (2) 2) The learned Counsel for the applicants/appellants submits that for genuine reasons, the appellant could not deposit the amount of compensation within the stipulated time. The learned counsel further submits that now, he has received from the acquiring body the cheque for the entire amount and intends to deposit the same in the Registry of this Court.

3) In view of the submission so made, time stands extended for depositing the amount of compensation. The Registry is directed to accept the cheque towards the amount of compensation as directed by this Court.

4) Civil Applications stand disposed of.
