aa10.15 (2) With consent of the parties and pursuant to the provisions of Article VII, clause (b) and (C) of the Memorandum of Understanding dated 9th April, 2010 (Exh.A), Honourable Shri Justice M.G. Gaikwad (Retired) is appointed as Arbitrator. The terms and payment of fees shall be determined by the Arbitrator, which parties undertake to abide with. 2.

The applicant undertakes to bear 50% of the costs and respondents no.2 and 3 shall bear 50% of the costs.
