Rejoinder affidavit has been presented by the petitioner wherein it has been stated that revised pension proposal has been forwarded by Respondent No.6 to the Accountant General, Nagpur, on 03.08.2017, however, no decision has yet been taken. Considering this aspect, we direct Respondent No.2Accountant General (Accounts & Entitlement) (Pension Wing), Nagpur, to take decision on the proposal tendered by the Executive Engineer, Public Works Department, Beed on 03.08.2017 and to communicate the decision to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from today. After decision on the pension proposal of the petitioner, the amount, if any, receivable by him, shall be disbursed to him within a period of six months from the date of receipt of communication of such decision by the Accountant General.
