This is an application for restoration of the writ petition which has been dismissed in default for non-removal of the office objections. Learned AGP already appeared for the respondent Nos.1 to 3. The respondent No.4 has been duly served but has not caused appearance. 2.

We have heard both the sides.

For the reasons mentioned in the application the application is allowed. The delay is condone. The writ petition is restored subject to the condition that the office objections would now be removed within three weeks.
