This motion is made for speaking to the minutes to order dated 28.03.2025.

It is contended that, though this Court granted liberty to the respondents - claimants also to carry out the amendment that has not been incorporated in the order. If the appellant - Insurance Company does not carry out the amendment, the respondents - claimants are unable to receive the amount.

Hence, following clause shall be inserted after paragraph No.3 of the order dated 28.03.2025.

The correction be made accordingly and corrected copy of the same be uploaded.
