1. By way of present civil application, amendments are sought by the applicant - original petitioner.

We have learned counsel for the parties.

Writ petition is yet not admitted. Even otherwise respondents have a right to controvert the pleadings sought to be introduced by way of amendments, while filing affidavit-in-reply to the writ petition. 4.
In light of the above, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". Necessary amendments be carried out within two weeks from the date of order.
