Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

This is an application for withdrawal of the compensation as per order of this Court dated 08.04.2021 passed in First Appeal No. 2388 of 2020.

The respondent/acquiring body has deposited Rs.5,42,874/- (Rs.Five Lakh Forty Two Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Four Only) with this Court. Learned counsel for the applicant states that the calculations have been correctly made and correct amount has been deposited. There is no appeal against the order dated 08.04.2021. The applicant deserves to withdraw the amount. Hence, the order;

i) The application is allowed.

ii) The applicant is permitted to withdraw amount of Rs.5,42,874/- (Rs.Five Lakh Forty Two Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Four Only) deposited with this Court, with accrued interest.
