By the present application, the applicant - original complainant prays that she be added as party - respondent in Criminal Application No. 5123 of 2016 preferred by non-applicant no.2 / accused seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No. I-155/2016 registered at Police Station, Kannad, District Aurangabad, for the offence punishable under Section 354B of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned Counsel for non-applicant no.2 / accused has no objection for this course of action. 3.

Hence, the Application is allowed. The applicant / informant is permitted to be added as respondent no.2 in Criminal Application No. 5123 of 2016. Amendment be effected forthwith.
