The petitioner is praying for issuance of directions to respondent no.2 - University to refer the answer sheet of B.E. Civil Final Year

2 37-wp9998.odt Examination, 8th Semester, in respect of Professional Practice subject attempted by the petitioner under Seat No.411000070 during the examination conducted in May/June, 2016, for revaluation/reassessment to a third party examiner.

It is informed by the learned Counsel appearing for respondent no.2 - University that in observance of the relevant rules and procedures, on receiving the request from the petitioner, the concerned answer sheet was referred by the Committee constituted by the University, to the third party examiner for revaluation/reassessment and a report in that regard has been received. It is further informed that there is no change in allotment of the marks, upon revaluation by the third party examiner.

In view of the statement made on behalf of respondent no.2 - University, the grievance

The Writ Petition is devoid of substance and as such, stands dismissed.
