Learned Advocate for the original petitioner submits that since the LR's of deceased respondent No.3 Syed Moinuddin have been already brought on record by an earlier order and since the LR's of deceased petitioner No.2 Faijuddin and deceased respondent No.1(C) Wahid Khan, have already been brought on record by earlier orders, all the civil applications can be disposed off. 4.
