By way of present petition, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 20.08.2022 passed by the Minister of Revenue, Maharashtra State, in Case No.RTS-2021/Case No.8/J/7-A, whereby the Superintendent of Land Record, Nanded was directed to decide the proceedings.

The parties have submitted that purpose would be served if this Court directs the Superintendent of Land Record, Nanded to decide the proceedings within a stipulated period.

Therefore, Superintendent of Land Record, Nanded to decide the proceedings within a period of six months from today. 5.
