This is an application for withdrawal of amount of compensation deposited in this Court. 3.

has objection for withdrawal of entire amount by the applicant since the appeal is pending against the award.

In such circumstances, the applicant is permitted to withdraw 75 per cent amount deposited in the Court on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court and remaining 25 per cent of the amount
