PER COURT :- The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, makes a statement that, child is in custody of the father.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, the father is of bad character and child is being taken to various places with some another woman. It is not possible for this Court in writ jurisdiction to entertain the disputed questions of facts and petitioner has remedy before the appropriate Court for redressal of the grievance.
