By this application, the applicants seek to condone the day of 326 caused in filing the Appeal.

The applicants state that due to miscommunication between the Advocates, he could not procure necessary information or provide necessary instructions for filing the Appeal to his newly engaged Advocate. Consequently, delay has been occasioned. 4.

Apparently, claimants are litigating for getting compensation towards death of husband of applicant no.1. The Tribunal pleased to dismiss the claim.

In that view of the matter, case is made out to condone the delay. Hence, following order:

ORDER

Civil Application is allowed.
