2] Learned AGP submits that tender was issued at Chandrapur under Nagpur Bench jurisdiction. The agreement was entered into at Chandrapur. The work was to be done on the said place. This Court may not entertain this Writ Petition on the ground of territorial jurisdiction. 3] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will move appropriate forum.
