Heard learned counsel for the applicants. It is submitted that respondent No. 1-Najjuli M. Munnali could not be served with notice as he is not found resident on the given address. Hence, in view of nature of subject-matter as well as reasons mentioned in the application, permission is granted to serve notice to respondent No.1 through paper-publication. The notice be published in daily newspaper 'Daily Lokmat' Mumbai Edition. Notice be returnable on 1st November, 2017.
