1] The present Civil Application is filed to serve the respondent nos. 4 and 5 by way of paper publication. 2] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant took search of the whereabouts of the respondent nos. 4 and 5, however, he could not get the complete address of respondent nos. 4 and 5. He further submits that the respondent no. 4 is lastly residing in Pune and the respondent no.5 is lastly residing in Chandrapur. In view of the same, he seeks leave to serve the respondent nos. 4 and 5 by way of paper publication.
