The Apex Court in Suo Motu Writ Petition (Civil) No. 3 of 2020 held as under :

"In computing the period of limitation for any suit, appeal, application or proceeding, the period from 15.03.2020 till 28.02.2022 shall stand excluded....."

In view of the aforesaid order passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court, this Civil Application is within time. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause ' A and 'B'.
