In all these Civil Applications, the applicant- bank prays for condonation of 15 (fifteen) days delay and further prays that the order of the learned Registrar dated 03/09/2018 refusing registration to the Writ Petitions for non-removal of office objections, may be set aside and the Writ Petitions may be registered.

The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents, opposes the applications.

Considering the above and the reasons set out in the applications, all these applications are allowed and the delay of 15 (fifteen) days is condoned with the following directions.:- (a) All the office objections shall be removed by the applicant/petitioner on or before 20/10/2018.
(b) The order of the learned Registrar shall then be set aside and thereafter the Writ Petitions shall be registered.

After the compliance of the above directions, these Writ Petitions will be listed on 24/10/2018.

The learned Advocates appearing on behalf of the respondents in the Civil Applications are at liberty to file their affidavit in reply to the Writ Petitions before the date of preadmission hearing. (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) shp/-
