The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has preferred appeal before the respondent No.1 against the order rejecting the application for grant of approval to his appointment a 'Kamathi'. The same is pending since the year 2019. 2.

The learned A.G.P. for the respondents-State waives service of notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4. 3.

In case the appeal filed by the petitioner (page 51) is pending with respondent No.1 and if the decision on the same is not taken, the respondent No.1 shall take decision on the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably within six months from today. 4.
