The applicant seeks permission to accept 50% of the amount which is directed to be deposited by the earlier order of this Court passed on 04.05.2023.

Although there was extension granted earlier by this Court, due to compelling circumstances, the applicant is unable to deposit the amount within the stipulated period. 3.

Today it is informed that amount has been deposited with the office of the respondent and there is endorsement of acceptance of the demand draft bearing today's date. A photo copy of the same with endorsement is produced on record, which
