Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners in Writ Petition No.7197/2013.
On instructions, he submits that, the
petitioners would be satisfied if direction is given to the respondent No.3 to decide the representation submitted by the petitioners in respect of permission to fill in the vacant posts in Sane Guruji Secondary & Higher Secondary School, Yawal, Tq. Yawal, Dist. Jalgaon. He submits that recently on 9th February, 2016, Government of Maharashtra has lifted ban on recruitment.
In that view of the matter, learned Counsel for the petitioners also prays that, the petitioners may be allowed to file one more representation stating therein the recent developments that, ban on recruitment has been lifted already by the State Government.
Learned Counsel for the petitioners jointly submit that, already the management has forwarded proposal of the petitioners in Writ Petition No.9911 of 2014 for approval, to the respondents - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon as well as Deputy Director of Education, Nashik. However, the said authorities have not taken decision on the said proposals.
In that view of the matter, we direct respondent No.3 to consider the pending representations of the petitioner coupled with one more representation which would be filed within two weeks from today, in the light of subsequent developments occurred after filing of this petition and take decision on the said representations, as expeditiously as possible; however, on or before 15th May, 2016.
We also direct the respondents - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon as well as Deputy Director of Education, Nashik in Writ Petition No.9911 of 2014 to take decision on the proposals submitted by the management on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible; however, on or before 15th May, 2016.
Both the petitions stand disposed of on above terms.
