The petitioner's proposal for validation of tribe certificate is pending with respondent no. 2- scrutiny committee.

The learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that the vigilance enquiry has been completed and its report is to be served to the petitioner, once that is done the committee would decide the proposal within two weeks. 4.

The writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to appear before the committee on 25.09.2024. He shall be served with the copy of the report.
