Considering the fact that the proposal for transfer of additional division dated 26th June, 2014, is pending with the authorities, we are not entering into other merits of the matter.

The writ petition is, as such, disposed of with direction that Respondents - Authorities shall take decision on the proposal submitted by the institution for transfer of additional division (Exhibit - 'E') expeditiously, preferably within six months.

Liberty to the Petitioners to agitate in respect of other prayers after the decision of the Authorities on the proposal for transfer of additional division.
