We have heard Mr. Thorat, learned advocate for the petitioner. It is submitted that the direction of this Court dated 3th September, 2019 are not complied with. The validation proceeding is not yet decided.

Mr. P.S. Patil, learned AGP on instruction submits that the matter is pending for vigilance. Because the students matters are to be decided on priority basis, the present matter would be decided within three months.
