The applicants seek to condone the delay of 69 days caused in filing the appeal.

The learned Advocate appearing for the applicants submits that the delay is not intentional. The applicants are seeking enhancement of compensation. They have good grounds in appeal.

The learned Advocate appearing for respondent No.2 opposes the application on the ground that delay is not properly explained.

However, considering the reasons stated in para Nos. 2 to 4 of the application, the delay deserves to be condoned. 6.

The civil application is allowed. Delay of 69 days caused in filing the appeal, is condoned.

Appeal be registered.
