1) The application is filed for setting aside the order made by the learned Registrar (Judicial) and for restoration of the matter. Submissions made and the contentions made in the application show that as some office objections were not removed the matter is dismissed. Learned counsel takes blame to himself. In view of these submissions, the application is allowed. The order of learned Registrar (Judicial) is set aside and the matter is restored to its original stage. List the matter as it is for admission purpose on 27th October 2016 even if the certified copy not legible is produced.
