Learned advocate for respondent No.2 strenuously opposed the delay condonation application, stating that delay is not properly explained.

For the reasons stated in application, delay is condoned. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B". 4.

Applicants - claimants shall not be entitled for interest and statutory benefits for the delayed period, if compensation is enhanced by this Court.
