Learned Advocate for the petitioner pointed out that 40% non-salary grant of the year 2010-11 is yet not paid by the respondents.

Learned Advocate for respondent No. 3 submits that he will raise a demand for release of that 40% remaining amount with the Government and after receipt of the same from the Government, the same shall be disbursed to the petitioner.
