The learned AGP raises a strong objection saying that the Petitioners are Government Employees and the prayers will have to be considered by the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. 2.

Considering Section 3(q) and 15 (1) (b) of the Administrative Tribunals Act, the learned Tribunal would have the jurisdiction to deal with this issue.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the proceedings may be transferred to the learned Tribunal at Aurangabad. 4.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off from the file of this Court. The Registry is directed to transfer the proceedings to the learned Tribunal at Aurangabad.
