Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

The applicants are seeking recalling of order dated 10/04/2024 whereby registration of their second appeal was refused due to nonremoval of office objection There is also delay of 125 days in filing this application. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that he had already removed the office objections, but it was not notified to the office. 3.

In view of the same, the order dated10/04/2024 stands recalled and second appeal of the applicants be restored for removal of office objections, if any, within one weeks subject to cost of Rs.500/- to be paid to the Advocate's Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad. 4.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
