By way of this application the appellants want to add additional four grounds as mentioned in the application. However, on going through the appeal memo, the ground Nos.3 and 4 mentioned in the application are already there in the appeal memo as Ground Nos. 9 and 13. Further, the first two additional grounds mentioned in the application are in respect of legal provision and therefore, those can be argued directly. As such, there is no necessity to add the aforesaid additional grounds mentioned in the application in the appeal memo as

(2) 936 CA-10622.2024.odt the existing grounds have already covered the same. As such, the Civil Application No. 10622 of 2024 stands rejected and disposed of.
