A request is received by the concerned Court through proper channel seeking extension of time to decide the suit. This Court has extended the time on three occasions for six (06) months on each occasion. On 12.06.2024, time was extended by way of last chance. 3.

Considering the above, now time is extended by six (06) months by making it clear that, in no case such time shall be extended. The learned Judge to take serious view and to take the matter if possible on day to day causelist.
